Part-Time Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Minor Care) – Remote or In‑Person

About the role

Spring Health is seeking part‑time psychotherapists or psychologists with experience treating minors to join its provider network. The role can be performed remotely or in‑person, delivering evidence‑based mental health care through a technology‑enabled platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling to adults and, when qualified, to children, adolescents, couples or families, using short‑term EAP or employer health plans.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar, complete session documentation promptly, and collaborate with the provider support and clinical navigation teams.
• Deliver culturally competent, evidence‑based interventions tailored to each client’s needs, including safety planning for high‑risk situations.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice counseling/psychology in Laos with at least three years of independent clinical experience.
• Active professional liability insurance and conversational English proficiency.
• Experience treating minors (age 10 and below) and competence with tele‑health technology.

Required skills

• Proficiency in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT and CPT.
• Ability to conduct safety planning and risk‑intervention when needed.
