Audit Associate / Assistant Manager – Laos

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an ambitious Audit Associate / Assistant Manager to join its assurance team in Laos. You will work on a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries, gaining exposure to varied audit engagements while developing your technical and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assurance and testing procedures for a range of client engagements.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and managers to deliver high‑quality audit work.
• Develop and execute audit plans, document findings, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Support junior staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Continuously improve audit methodology and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Financial Auditor, currently at associate year 2 or 3.
• Fluency in Lao or Thai with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated commitment to personal learning and professional development.
