Remote Laotian Interpreter – 100% Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a remote Laotian interpreter to join our team of language specialists. You will work exclusively from home, providing real‑time interpretation for English‑Laotian conversations during night‑shift hours, helping clients in healthcare, business and other sectors communicate effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret spoken and written communication between English‑speaking and Laotian‑speaking parties via phone or video calls.
• Accurately log all interactions in the company’s system.
• Take part in regular team meetings to discuss performance and share best practices.
• Engage in one‑on‑one coaching sessions with your manager to improve individual results.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, fun‑minded individual who genuinely wants to help people.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Laotian.
• Coach‑able with a learner mindset, able to receive feedback and apply it proactively.
• Willing to work a 100 % rotational night‑shift schedule.
