Bilingual Senior Intake Specialist - Personal Injury

About the role

TalentoHC is recruiting a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Intake Specialist to support a leading U.S.-based personal injury law firm. The role is fully remote in Latin America, long-term contract, with multiple weekday and weekend shifts available. It is an inbound position with no cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective personal injury clients
• Evaluate potential cases and determine eligibility for legal representation
• Build rapport, address concerns and guide qualified prospects through the client intake and retention process
• Aim to convert about 95% of qualified leads
• Document client information and case details accurately in CRM and case management systems
• Coordinate with internal legal teams and partner firms to ensure smooth client onboarding

Required profile

• 4 years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, auto insurance or a closely related field
• Exceptional English (C1/C2) and fluent Spanish
• Background in legal intake, paralegal work or auto insurance sales, with strong communication and client conversion skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Required skills

• Sales, persuasion, active listening and conflict resolution
• CRM experience, such as Salesforce or similar platforms, is a plus
