IT Service Delivery Specialist

About the role

As an IT Service Delivery Specialist you will be the first point of contact for both onsite and remote technical issues, ensuring a smooth and reliable digital experience for all employees. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve the IT environment across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve onsite and remote hardware and software incidents, troubleshooting Windows and macOS workstations.
• Configure and install hardware, software, door‑access and CCTV systems, and support audio‑visual equipment for meetings.
• Manage user accounts, platform installations and basic network troubleshooting.
• Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle and process support tickets.
• Assist with security incidents, enforce IT policies and ensure compliance.
• Handle vendor management and technical procurement following internal guidelines.
• Continuously improve processes, maintain technical guides and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of help‑desk or 1st‑level support experience, with at least 2 years managing Windows and macOS workstations.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, able to work independently and own issues end‑to‑end.
• ITIL, CompTIA A+ or similar certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
