Restaurant Manager – Dragonfly Asian Dining Lounge

About the role

Satri House is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the Dragonfly Asian Dining Lounge in Luang Prabang. The role is hands‑on, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring food, beverage, service, presentation, hygiene and safety standards.
• Be visible and hands‑on during service, actively engaging with guests.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop the restaurant team, conducting daily briefings.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and build relationships with local customers.
• Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, wine, cocktails, special events and unique dining experiences.
• Monitor covers, average check, revenue, labour and F&B costs, controlling stock, wastage and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with the Chef on menu development, product quality and profitability.
• Work with Sales & Marketing to increase visibility and attract hotel and local clientele.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of restaurant or F&B management experience, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort or quality restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team with good commercial and financial understanding.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience with POS/restaurant systems.
