Revenue & e-Commerce Manager

About the role

The Revenue & e-Commerce Manager at Homm Souvannaphoum in Luang Prabang is responsible for monitoring room inventory and yield, keeping the hotel's online presence up to date, and driving online direct bookings while working closely with the Revenue, Distribution and Sales & Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor room inventory and maximize yield in line with Revenue Management guidelines, and keep the PMS interface up to date with rates and status.
• Prepare and send daily pickup and on-book reports, and monitor overbooking and group booking status.
• Keep trace and filing systems for all revenue and e-commerce activity, and maximize room revenue through upselling.
• Ensure hotel content on approved channels meets brand standards, review website traffic, and minimize OTA price disparities to protect rate integrity.
• Handle rate mapping between Channel Manager and PMS, and run tactical campaigns to grow direct business.
• Plan revenue strategy meetings, build relationships with OTAs and third-party websites, and report regularly to corporate and the property.
• Follow up other tasks assigned by the superior and the Corporate Office team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in revenue management or e-commerce in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Lao is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with revenue management systems.
• Experience with OTAs, CRS, PMS and booking engines.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.
