Revenue & e-Commerce Manager

About the role

The Revenue & e-Commerce Manager will drive the hotel's revenue performance by optimizing room inventory, pricing, and online distribution. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and corporate teams to ensure the property meets its financial targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor hotel room inventory, yield, and over‑booking levels to maximize revenue.
• Maintain and update the Property Management System (PMS) and ensure seamless integration with the Channel Manager.
• Prepare daily pick‑up and on‑the‑book reports for relevant departments.
• Manage group bookings, OTA rate integrity, and pricing quality across all channels.
• Develop and execute tactical e‑commerce campaigns aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Distribution, and Sales & Marketing teams at property and corporate levels.
• Maintain accurate content on approved online channels and monitor website traffic for growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management or e‑commerce within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Fluent English; Lao language knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with revenue management systems.
• Experience with OTAs, CRS, PMS and booking engines.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
