Cluster Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Cluster Food & Beverage Manager will lead multiple outlets, banquet and convention facilities, ensuring guests enjoy memorable experiences. You will coach a team of hospitality professionals and drive revenue while upholding responsible business practices.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, coach and develop a team of committed hospitality staff across several outlets.
• Maintain high guest and corporate service standards and continuously seek improvements.
• Oversee food and beverage standards in line with responsible business commitments.
• Collaborate with finance to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue.
• Manage multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet and convention facilities, supervising managers and supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, including management experience.
• Fluent in Thai (or local language) and English.
