We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in a 4/5‑star hotel or high‑volume venue. The role requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to deliver memorable service experiences.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and guest‑relation skills with a passion for delivering memorable service experiences.
• Proven track record of building, motivating, and managing diverse, high‑performing service teams.
• Solid understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late shifts, weekends, and peak holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems such as Micros or Simphony.
• Inventory management.
