Associate – Assistant Manager Audit

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Associate – Assistant Manager Audit to join its Assurance & Advisory team in Laos. You will work on a variety of assurance and testing engagements for diversified clients across multiple industries, gaining fast‑track collaboration experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assurance and testing work for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and managers, receiving training and taking on progressively responsible tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Financial Auditor, currently at year 2 or 3 associate level.
• Fluency in Lao or Thai and strong English communication skills (verbal and written); Vietnamese or Chinese is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
