Junior Finance & Operations Officer

About the role

ESL Company Limited is looking for a motivated Junior Finance & Operations Officer to support its financial management, accounting, project operations, and business development activities. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates and early‑career professionals the chance to gain practical experience in a consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records, expenses, receipts, payments and supporting documents.
• Support project financial tracking, advances, reimbursements, settlements and payments.
• Assist with invoices, payment tracking, bank reconciliation, tax, budgets and financial reporting.
• Provide administrative support for project logistics, meetings, workshops and document control.
• Help prepare proposals, budgets, CVs, project references and format submission documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong recent graduates may also be considered.
• Good Lao communication skills and workable English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Canva or similar digital design tools.
