Commercial Manager

About the role

The Commercial Manager will be based on‑site at KokKok Mega Mall in Vientiane Capital, Laos. This full‑time position is responsible for managing tenant relationships, negotiating commercial contracts and driving retail and leasing performance across the mall.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales and footfall data and develop commercial strategies to optimise revenue.
• Prepare business plans, reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to enhance the tenant mix.
• Lead a small team, ensure compliance with commercial policies and support partnership development.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and contract management experience in retail, real estate or mall operations.
• Solid analytical and business planning skills for data interpretation and performance forecasting.
• Effective team management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with tenants and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English and local languages, strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
