Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager to join our Logistics Department at our garment factory in VITA Park Industrial Zone, Vientiane, Lao PDR. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient flow of materials and finished goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of Mascot Laos Logistics operations, including import‑export, warehouse, laboratory and raw‑materials quality sections.
• Manage and control the Logistics and RMQC department budgets, regularly monitoring expenditure.
• Liaise with customs and other relevant authorities and coordinate shipments through all ports of entry.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels, fill rates, bin utilization and timely shipments.
• Review, verify and approve shipping documents and support the Managing Director with reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety Manager on safety standards, equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Recruit and train Logistics and RMQC staff in partnership with HR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, logistics or supply‑chain management.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations, export/import processes and trade compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
