Quality Inspector (Softline/Garment)

About the role

QIMA is seeking a Quality Inspector specialized in softline and garment products to join its Consumer Goods Division. The inspector will work on the ground, ensuring that apparel items meet the company’s strict quality, safety and ethical standards before they reach consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections of garments and related softline products at supplier factories.
• Assess compliance with QIMA quality criteria, safety regulations and client specifications.
• Document findings accurately in QIMA’s digital platform and generate clear inspection reports.
• Communicate non‑conformities to suppliers and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Inspector Team Leader and Operations Manager to prioritize inspection schedules.
• Participate in supplier audits and support certification processes when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in textiles or quality control is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized inspection procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel to supplier sites and work in a fast‑paced environment.
