Senior Officer – MX Retail Marketing (Laos)

About the role

The Senior Officer, MX Retail Marketing will drive sales growth by analysing retail data, identifying up‑selling opportunities and addressing retailer concerns. Based in the Laos branch, the role works closely with product, channel and sales teams to translate marketing strategies into high‑impact programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Marketing and Channel teams to design and execute tailored promotions.
• Align sales field needs with marketing initiatives and manage budgetary considerations.
• Analyse channel sell‑through, promotion results and shop performance to create data‑driven improvement plans.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, pricing analysis and movement reporting.
• Streamline marketing data tracking and store mapping for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate on shelf‑share analysis, audits and recommendation implementation.
• Identify and develop new retail channels to support business growth.
• Define KPI metrics, monitor performance and allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead systematic outreach to store managers and sales influencers to build mindshare.
• Coordinate training and development for Channel and Retail Marketing staff.
• Execute special projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Ability to analyse moderate‑scope problems and make judgments within defined procedures.
• Experience working with retail KPI, sales data and promotional analysis.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, marketing and sales functions.
