Telesales and Marketing Executive

About the role

DHL Express Laos, the leading international air express company in Laos, is hiring one Telesales and Marketing Executive. The role acts as the main contact for small trading accounts, handles sales and post-sales needs by phone or direct mail, and supports marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as main contact for small trading accounts, responding to sales and post-sales requirements and achieving assigned sales targets.
• Manage tele sales customers by phone or direct mail and provide customer-oriented service at all times.
• Cooperate with other members of the sales team and build strong vendor-client relationships.
• Maintain the main customer database so customer information is available across the organization.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events or projects, supervising agencies and working with printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies and media outlets.
• Coordinate advertising and marketing materials, including creative design and writing, and develop multimedia packages such as letters, brochures, videos and point-of-purchase displays.
• Manage marketing on digital platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, monitoring and reacting to social media exposure.

Required profile

• Well-organized, hardworking, aggressive and able to work under pressure.
• College degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment, in a proactive telesales or marketing role with proven results.
• Excellent written and spoken English and good computer skills (MS Office).
