Agriculture Coordinator – Sustainable Agriculture for Nutrition (SUAN) Project

About the role

The Agriculture Coordinator will lead the implementation of the Sustainable Agriculture for Nutrition (SUAN) project in Toumlarn District, Saravan Province. Working closely with World Vision’s project team and the District Agriculture and Environment Office, the coordinator will ensure that nutrition‑sensitive, climate‑smart agricultural activities reach vulnerable women and children.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of project activities in collaboration with district authorities and partners, following the approved work plan.
• Coordinate with the District Agriculture and Environment Office to deliver technical agricultural interventions.
• Facilitate nutrition‑sensitive agriculture practices to improve household food security and nutrition.
• Prepare regular progress reports, contribute to project documentation, and ensure timely data collection.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and coordination events as required.
• Promote gender equality, disability inclusion, and the participation of vulnerable groups throughout project activities.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, reporting and communication systems, flagging any issues that may affect delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in agricultural development, food security, or nutrition‑sensitive agriculture.
• Familiarity with climate‑smart agriculture concepts and practices.
• Ability to work with government agencies, NGOs and local communities.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Commitment to gender equity and disability inclusion.
