Server (Waiter/Waitress) – Hospitality Position

About the role

The Server (Waiter/Waitress) at DoubleTree by Hilton Vientiane is responsible for delivering a friendly, timely, and efficient service experience to guests and members. You will work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure every guest enjoys high‑quality service and has a thorough knowledge of menu offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guest queries promptly and courteously.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items and related products.
• Ensure all floor stations are well stocked and ready for service (mise‑en‑place).
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, maintaining consistent quality and timing.
• Follow Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Adhere to hotel security, fire safety, and health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required skills
