About the role

Join our team as a Resident Manager. We are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for excellence in guest services and operational management to lead daily operations at our hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient management.
• Maintain financial control over revenue, costs, payroll, and departmental budgets.
• Uphold the highest standards of product quality, guest services, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller to establish and adhere to the Annual Operating Budget.
• Engage with guests by greeting arrivals/departures and handling special requests.
• Represent the hotel in public relations efforts and community engagement.
• Handle guest feedback, ensuring swift and professional resolution of complaints and appreciation of compliments.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial and departmental reports to the Cluster General Manager.
• Assist in the development, goal setting, and performance appraisal of department heads.
• Support staff welfare, safety, training, and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior hospitality management role, preferably in boutique hotels and resorts.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands‑on approach to management.
• Excellent financial acumen and understanding of hotel operations.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to dynamic challenges.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
