About the role

This is a work‑from‑home position providing professional Lao‑English interpretation for the Lao market. The role requires clear communication in both Mandarin and English while handling confidential information.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate Lao‑English interpretation between customers and relevant parties.
• Maintain original meaning, tone, and context during conversations.
• Listen attentively and convey information precisely in Mandarin and English.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information professionally.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and performance standards.
• Maintain a distraction‑free environment while working from home.

Required profile

• Native Lao speaker with C1/C2 level English proficiency.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in Lao.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to commit to permanent night‑shift schedule and meet WFH compliance requirements.
